Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Technician to join our IT team. Your role will be to ensure smooth IT operations by monitoring system performance, investigating issues, and maintaining essential IT processes such as backups, patch management, and security compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support.

• Familiarity with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

• Experience with backup solutions, patch management, and routine IT maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Understanding of IT security best practices and operational efficiency.

• Good communication skills for documenting and reporting system performance.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills for assisting users and documenting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Azure Foundation, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent (Nice-to-have).

• Experience in automation and scripting for operational improvements.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced IT environment supporting critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks such as backup management, patch deployment, and system maintenance.
