Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience with Windows update installation and maintenance
• Must have experience with Patch Management application preferably SCCM (but not required).
• Must have Experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Good English communications skills

Description:

• Monitor and ensure patch compliance for all servers which includes image servers and cluster servers.
• Manual patching for customers with special procedures.
• Troubleshoot SCCM failed server update which includes update reverting when needed.
• SCCM Housekeeping for Scan Failed Clients, Inactive Clients, SCCM Agent Scan Issues, AV issues, etc.
• Install necessary applications (SCCM agent, monitoring, AV, etc.) for servers on the pre-implementation phase.
• Update Vimana entries for procedures, service windows, contacts, etc.
• Perform special tasks and projects assigned.

• Acknowledges email and chat communications from other departments and cascades to the team.
