Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Proven experience administering a large-scale monitoring solution in a distributed network environment.

• Hands-on experience with LogicMonitor or similar infrastructure monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Datadog.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud technologies. 
• Familiarity with key protocols such as SNMP, API, WMI, WinRM, and Syslog. 
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

• Experience with large-scale tool migration projects.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Operational experience with Windows, Linux, or network equipment.

• Experience with application performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of monitoring solutions, particularly in agentless environments (preferably LogicMonitor).

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

• Respond to alerts and incidents at the 3rd level, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell for automation and monitoring enhancements (Groovy scripting experience is a plus).

• Utilize protocols such as SNMP, API, WMI, WinRM, and Syslog to enhance monitoring capabilities.

• Implement and maintain application monitoring strategies to ensure optimal performance and availability.
